Executives and employees have had time to adjust to hybrid work. It\u2019s causing less anxiety than it did in the beginning, but the complexity of managing spaces and meeting technology needs can be a hassle. Teams can have employees in different locations and on different schedules, while using more technology to work together effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For hybrid work, organizations need to know if they have the right number of desks, conference rooms, and other spaces. Many are redesigning spaces that will be used less or differently than in the past. They\u2019re also trying to balance facility costs with less predictable office needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planning spaces is difficult if you don\u2019t know how many people are going to come in each day.
